Pathak has over 23 years of experience across companies and various functions with major specialization and experience in hard core sales & distribution, business development and global marketing. He has led two Indian Pharma Companies as Vice President-Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Director-Global Exports with Marksans Pharma Ltd ( Formerly Known as Glenmark Labs Ltd) , to their global iconic status despite operating in highly regulated business environments and the last assignment as Founder & M.D with Unosource Pharma Ltd where the company, plants & products were successfully registered & launched in most of the ROW countries. He is an Out-of-the-Box Thinker with a proven track record of increasing revenues, streamlining workflow/Cash flow, evolving effective operational procedures and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity innovatively.
Pathak started his career with the Shaw Wallace & Co Ltd (now known as Diageo) in 1996 as Management trainee and rose to the position of General Manager in 2000 .During his tenure, Shaw Wallace & Co Ltd took giant strides in the Western region and gained significant market share across brands, setting a performance benchmark for other regional profit centers not only within the Shaw Wallace fold but in the entire industry. Pathak also worked as Vice President with Essel Group.
Pathak donned the mantle of the three Indian pharma companies from 2002 as Director of Global Exports, directly overseeing the entire business gamut across the Globe. During his tenure, the organization’s growth outpaced the industry, consistently achieving over value growth year on year. Under his visionary leadership, the group’s revenues grew manifold and made significant presence in Regulated markets and ROW markets across the globe. He has travelled widely across the globe i.e. more than 60+ countries as an effective communicator with exceptional presentation skills and abilities in forming business partnerships in Global markets, leading cross-cultural teams and establishing beneficial relationships with key players. He is known as stickler for good governance & performance.
Pathak as a keen planner with expertise in strategic planning, market plan execution, account management with skills in P&L management, competitor/market analysis, turnaround management, staffing and targeted marketing is known for his market driven management style backed with teams that remain continuously motivated to beat their own benchmarks and deliver shareholder value. His charter is to lead Omnicals to make Omnicals services available to companies across the globe. Anurag Pathak was born on the 20th of Feb, 1972. He is an alumnus of Rajasthan University -Jaipur and studied B.Com(Hons) & M.B.A. . He is one of the founder members of social organization known as “SANCHETNA” and leads from the front, many charitable functions/shows.

Mr. Rohit Negi is an Executive Director at Omnicals Pharmaceuticals and a member of the board since its inception. He is engaged into International Business Development. He is a professional with over 24 years of experience across industries, with last 17 years in International pharmaceutical business development for conglomerates.
During his long and impressive career, he has held important positions with Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Marksans Pharma Ltd and Unosource Pharma. His overseas assignment included Country Head- Russia for Ipca Laboratories Ltd and continent head for Emcure Pharmaceuticals – Russia office overlooking CIS & Eastern Europe region.
He is a Mechanical Engineer with post-graduation in business administration from Russia.
Sr. Vice President
Sushil Sailwal has a Total Pharma experience of 25 years, both for Domestic & International market. His International Marketing experience is of 13 years. He was earlier based in Ivory Coast with Micro Labs as DGM West Africa responsible for 10 countries of Francophone region namely Ivory Coast, Mali, Conakry, Burkina, Togo, Benin, Niger, Brazzaville, Gabon & Cameroon.
He has worked with companies like SUN PHARMA, MICRO LABS & FULFORD (I) LTD for domestic market. He has nurtured companies like MICRO LABS LTD from the nascent stage in Mumbai, in the capacity of Regional Sales Manager for 8 years, to now a well-recognized company in Pharma Industry. He is known for his valuable contribution for MICRO LABS LTD and was responsible for multiple fold increase in the business for French West Africa.
He was GM- West Africa in UNOSOURCE PHARMA LTD based in Mumbai where the entire FWA launch was strategized and implemented by him. He registered around 110 brands in FWA within a span of 2.5 years and started their business operations in 6 countries. He is well versed with French Language, as the mode of communication in this part of the region is French. He has also worked in markets like Nigeria, Ghana, Cambodia & Sri Lanka for UNOSOURCE PHARMA LTD.
His core expertise is in Brand Building. He is a field man with belief that BIG dreams are the only motivating factor for improvising, strategizing and realizing one’s goals. He is a Science Graduate from Mumbai University with a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies Mumbai.

Jagdish Ahire is M. Pharm with 25+ years of experience.
His area of experience R&D (generic development), Technology Transfer, Business Development, Material Sourcing/Vendor Qualification, Project Management.
For 8 years worked as R&D person in USV Ltd, Ipca Laboratories, Unichem Laboratories. Had developed and tech transferred >100 products.
As Project Manager set up manufacturing facility for Ally Pharma (now Maxheal) near Mumbai (Boisar) in a year. Activities included lay out designing, machine vendor selection/qualification, installations/qualification. There are four facilities – Tablets, Capsules, Topical Semisolids and Oral Liquids.
In Glenmark Generics, as Project Manager, completed initiation till filing of >75 projects for US, CA, EU, Brazil, SA in three years.
In Famy Care Ltd (now Mylan), as Head – Project Management, completed around 60 hormonal products fpr US, CA and EU markets. Also, directly handled material procurement, budgeting and control.
At Unosource, as Head – BD, Project Mgmt, Sourcing – assisted in setting up R&D center, signed around 15 projects with US, CA and EU marketing partners. Initiated development of around 10 projects.

Dr. Balwant Desai brings along with him more than 3 decades of experience from leading pharmaceutical companies like Dr.Reddys, Glenmark, Serum Institute of India, Alembic and Marksans Pharma Ltd in various senior leadership capacities like Vice President, Director, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director. He played a vital role in establishing strong international pharmaceutical quality systems and obtained several regulatory accreditations from international health authorities for Pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and ensured compliance at all times.
He was instrumental in registering number of drug products in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand besides emerging market for various organizations.
He has played top leadership roles with overall operation by driving various functions like R & D, Quality, Regulatory affairs and compliance and manufacturing with strategic business plans through innovative approach.
He has 14 research publications on his record in National and international journals in analytical chemistry.

Dr. Kishor Deo brings along with him a rich experience of more than 25 years with successful leadership roles from leading organizations in the pharmaceutical Research and Development. He represented top management roles in pharmaceutical companies like Aurobindo Pharma, Dr Reddy’s, Lupin Laboratories, Marksans Pharma Ltd and Biological E Limited in which he immensely contributed as a key growth driver by developing robust product pipeline.
He was instrumental in filing and getting approval of more than 150 ANDAs for US market and more than 100 dossiers for Europe market by developing non infringing processes, orchestrating complex product development in Injectable, Ophthalmic, Inhalations and Solid Oral Dosage Forms. He comes with core strengths like Strategy, Innovation, Technology in R&D, Commercialization and Organization building.
Dr. Kishor is recognized as one of the top leaders in pharmaceutical industry and received Formulation Drug Delivery (FDD) Leadership award in 2018.
