Dr. Anil Fokmare is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over 30 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Corporate Quality Assurance. He holds a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in Microbiology and has built a strong reputation as a result-oriented leader in global quality systems and regulatory compliance. At Omnicals Pharma, he serves as Technical Director and is responsible for overseeing overall Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance operations for the EU market, including EU-GMP audits and regulatory compliance across different manufacturing sites.

Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions, including Head of CQA/Global Quality (GM to Senior Vice President level) for more than two decades. He has been associated with several reputed multinational pharmaceutical organizations such as Aurobindo Pharma, Nicholas Piramal, Shreya Life Sciences, Ajanta Pharma, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Akums, Alembic Pharmaceuticals, Strides Pharma, and Omnicals Pharma. His expertise spans both sterile and non-sterile regulated formulation facilities, with a strong focus on maintaining international quality standards.

Dr. Fokmare possesses extensive experience in handling global regulatory audits and has successfully undergone inspections by authorities such as the USFDA, UK-MHRA, European Union, WHO-Geneva, MCC South Africa, PIC/S, ZAZIBONA, and EAEU. As a Lead GMP Auditor, he has conducted more than 200 audits across API and formulation facilities in India, USA, Europe, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Singapore.

His technical expertise covers a wide range of dosage forms and manufacturing platforms, including tablets, capsules, soft gels, oral liquids, sterile injectables, lyophilized products, inhalers, biologics, oncology, hormones, and beta-lactam facilities. In addition to his industrial contributions, Dr. Fokmare has made significant academic contributions, with 30 research papers published in reputed journals, 20 presentations at national and international conferences, and authorship of four books.
